I started seeing Jo about halfway through my pregnancy with baby number 2, to help with some pelvic floor strengthening and pregnancy exercise. I have always felt extremely comfortable around Jo, she is extremely empathic, supportive and such a patient lady! Her advice and knowledge has helped so much through my pregnancy journey. Jo is always mindful first and foremost of correct technique and safety, our sessions are always slightly different and adapted to suit fitness, comfort and different stages of pregnancy. During my fourth pregnancy, I came to Jo to minimise damage to my abdominal muscles. She is really knowledgeable and ensures you are doing the correct exercise for your body. I am a completely unco-ordinated human, but Jo has been really patient with me and really took the time to ensure my breathing and technique was correct so I could get the best out of my workout with her. I also really enjoyed the variety she always provided and can’t thank her enough for her flexibility. After baby we really had to work on my pelvic floors, this can be an uncomfortable subject for some, but Jo really has such a friendly, no fuss personality, and I felt really comfortable talking to her about my body and it’s particular needs.

I highly recommend Jo during and after pregnancy, purely to ensure your body can be at its best during and post baby.
