Facilities

We have our private studio set up with a full range of exercise equipment, from a treadmill to free weights and cable machine/squat rack, TRX, fit boxing equipment and an area  for outdoor training also. 

Our studio has a small bathroom including a shower where you can change and/or freshen up if you need to. 

Our studio is also equipped with air conditioning.
