Energised Online Programs
Energised Core:
Your 'core' consist of more than just your abs. It also includes your glutes, rectus abdominus, hip flexors, transverse abdominus, obliques and spinal stabilisers/extensors. It is important to have a strong core to maintain a healthy strong posture and prevent injuries in the lower limbs due to imbalances in the core area.

Our 'Energised Core' program consists of six different levels of core strengthening exercises which you can work through at you own pace, choosing the correct level for you and progressing as you are able to.
