Prices vary depending on the package designed for you; including factors such as your goals and interests, total sessions and session length, and affordability, all of which will be discussed at your initial consultation.

Jo also provides 1:1 training sessions for ladies of all ages. She has a special interest, expertise and is certified in pregnancy, birth prep, postnatal recovery, and pelvic floor safe exercise and would love to support and coach you to achieve your goals whatever they may be.
